No. Planedock Pro offers features primarily for aviation professionals seeking to advertise services on our map and chat with aircraft sellers. Of course, aircraft sellers often buy another aircraft after selling their current aircraft, so aircraft sellers may choose to upgrade to Planedock Pro to enable real-time chat as well. The monthly fee and verified checkmark gives sellers an indication that this is a serious buyer.
Planedock Pro profiles make you look good to your customers, aircraft buyers, and aircraft sellers. Planedock Pro offers aviation pros the ability to craft a professional profile including a profile picture, business name, and contact infromation. Also, when chatting with sellers, their photo and name will appear with a verified checkmark signaling their status as a serious buyer. Planedock Basic users will only appear in profiles as a blank avatar and cannot start chat conversations with sellers.
No. Planedock pricing is already super cheap as it is.
Yes. You may cancel Planedock Pro subscriptions or monthly aircraft listings here on our web app or through the Stripe customer dashboard. Your monthly fee for the last month is prorated accordingly.
Yes. Your listing is inactivated on subscription cancellation but not deleted. It shows up under Inactive Listings in My Hangar and serves as your receipt. It can also be relisted at any time.
Only Planedock Pro members with verified email addresses can start chats. Upgrade to Planedock Pro, and if Start Chat still appears disabled, you need to verify your email address. Go to your email account and click the link in the activation email from Planedock. This will verfify your account and chat features should be available. If you can't find the verfication email or you deleted it, you can resend it with a button on your My Account page.
